Thank you for choosing AVI Fresh at Oberlin College as your catering provider! All catering arrangements can be made through the catering office, which is open Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. You may also call our office at (440) 775-8420 or email catering@oberlin.edu. Prices in the catering guide are inclusive of basic items such as lightweight linens for food and beverage tables and wait staff. If your event deviates from the guide standard or are outside of Oberlin College campus, additional charges may be incurred which will be discussed during the planning phase.
All menus are due two (2) weeks prior to your event. Guaranteed guest counts need to be given no later than seven (7) days prior to your event. The billed guest count will either be the guaranteed guest count or the final guest count, whichever is higher. If a cancellation is made within seven (7) days of your event your group may be responsible for any costs incurred prior to the cancellation. Cancellations within 48 hours of your event may be subject to full payment of the final bill.
AVI Fresh Catering will deliver to any location on campus during the hours of 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Service outside of those hours may incur a labor surcharge. All off-campus events will be charged a delivery fee starting at $50.00 within 15 miles of campus. Pick-up (Catering-To-Go) and D.I.Y. service is also available to avoid delivery charges. Pick-up events are to be cleaned up by the client at the conclusion of the event.
AVI Fresh believes in food safety and adheres to local health code as well as the Ohio Department of Health guidelines. Food, beverages and serving equipment may not be taken from any event. AVI Fresh cannot accept the liability for food or beverages not properly handled when removed from a function.

AVI Foodsystems accepts the following forms of payment: FOAP billing number, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Certified Check, Money Order, Traveler’s Check or cash. Catering orders not using a FOAP for payment must be paid in full prior to the event via the accepted payment methods listed. Payments other than FOAP are subject to a 20% service charge. All checks should be made payable to AVI Foodsystems, Inc.
